Introduction

An Activity is an interactive language learning task designed to engage students in meaningful practice. These activities can be accessed via web browsers, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Once initiated, an Activity requires a specific number of interactions or answers to be completed. Upon completion, detailed records of the student's performance are saved to the teacher's dashboard.

 

Before Creating an Activity

To ensure the effectiveness of your activities, please ensure you have the following information ready:

  • Student Profile: Have created the profile of the student, including their language level and learning goals.
  • Language Level: A clear understanding of the student's current language proficiency level.
  • Study Subject: The specific language skill or topic the activity should focus on.
  • Theme: A relevant theme or context to frame the activity.

 

Creating a New Activity

To create a new Activity, you'll need to provide the following information:

  • Language: The target language of the activity.
  • Level: The student's language level.
  • Study Subject: The specific skill or topic to be practiced.
  • Theme: The overall theme or context of the activity.
  • Activity Mode:
    • Practice: Allows for unlimited practice without formal evaluation.
    • Evaluation: Limits attempts and tracks student performance.
  • Allowed Attempts: The maximum number of attempts permitted.
  • Type of Activity:
    • Multiple Choice: Students select the correct answer from given options.
    • Fill-in-the-Blank: Students provide missing words or phrases.
    • Chat-bot: Students engage in a free-flowing conversation with the AI.
  • Quantity: The number of interactions or questions required to complete the activity.

 

Advanced Options

To customize your activities further, consider the following advanced options:

  • Personal Message: A personalized welcome message for the student.
  • Instant Feedback: Whether to provide immediate feedback to the student.
  • Special Instructions for AI: Specific guidelines for the AI to tailor the activity.
